Airport security forces Renée to show the world her beauty products

She's a Hollywood A-lister who has nabbed an Oscar and has millions in the bank.

Yet Renée Zellweger's visit to Los Angeles International Airport yesterday proves why she is considered tinsel town's most down-to-earth star as she revealed the contents of her handbag - numerous beauty products and battered trainers.

WHY BEAUTY MATTERS: A down-to-earth Renée Zellweger makes her way through security at Los Angeles International Airport yesterday, placing all her beauty products in a bag

Besides her myriad of facial treatments which she placed in a transparent bag, Zellweger also had to remove her trusted and obviously well-worn running shoes, to walk through security in just her white socks.

Dressed in a tatty grey top, pair of jeans and sunglasses which she kept on the whole time, the modest star appeared in good spirits as she happily obliged.
