As she joined in a game of football with her friends, practiced her handstands and frolicked in the sea, it was clear the Caribbean holiday was doing the singer the world of good.

The playful star appeared to have taken on a new sporty persona and seemed to not to have a care in the world, as she enjoyed herself on the beach.
Wearing a black bikini top and colourful bottoms, she showed off her new curvier figure, which looked healthier than it had done in years.
The 25-year-old singer has been enjoying a holiday away from it all with her friends and family on the island of St. Lucia.
She travelled first class to the exotic location with her 12-year-old god-daughter Dionne Bromfield, her mother and a group of other friends.

It is obvious the break from her life in London is doing Amy the world of good, as she looked happier than she had for a long time.
Along with her bad skin and emaciated figure, she has also ditched her trademark beehive for the vacation.
Before jetting off on the luxury holiday, the star had been receiving treatment at a London clinic after suffering ‘a bad reaction to her prescribed medication’.
Amy's mother Janis revealed last month: 'She's being taken care of. She's resting and eating well, and there are no drugs there.'

Last week ex-lover Alex Haines, who had a relationship with Winehouse while her husband Blake Fielder-Civil was in jail, revealed graphic details of her alleged self-harming, and sex and drug addictions.
Haines, 23, spoke about how he discovered Amy had an eating disorder, and revealed her fears of joining the '27 Club' - a group of musicians, including Jimi Hendrix and Kurt Cobain, who died at that age.
In an interview with The News Of The World, Haines claimed the singer spent £3,500 each week on drugs.
He said: 'She had to have a heroin and crack pipe near her or she freaked out.
'She’d keep taking drugs until she passed out.'

Haines also spoke of an eating disorder, telling how the singer told him how she had suffered from bulimia for years.
'She would have a massive McDonalds and then throw it all up in the bathroom. I found my toothbrush covered in sick, and asked her about it.
'She lived off Crunchie bars—up to 10 at a time—packets of Haribo sweets and bottles of orange Lucozade Sport. Her heroin problems made her crave sugar.'
Reached by MailOnline a spokesman for Winehouse dismissed the claims as speculation.

He was not the only figure in the public eye to comment about Amy's lifestyle this week.
Blur's bassist Alex James has also spoken out about the star's drug problems, saying that he believed she would be dead by 2010, along with Pete Doherty.
The ex-cocaine addict told the Mirror newspaper: 'I'd be surprised if Pete and Amy live to see the decade out.
'I've been in situations where my best friends have been killing themselves (with drugs) and they won't listen.'
